Tiger Woods has apparently given up any effort at restoring his image these days as he just got caught treating his ex like a POS during a recent breakup. His ex, Erica Herman said they broke up last fall when his people told her to pack a bag to go on a “short vacation” without Tiger and took her to the airport. After getting to the airport she was told she had been locked out and couldn’t return. In her lawsuit, she says he had attorneys meet her at the airport to tie up any loose ends and stole $40,000 of cash she had at his home, accusing her of doing something shady to obtain it.
While living together, Herman says she provided “valuable services” to Woods in exchange for living there rent free. She says they had an “oral tenancy agreement” that was supposed to last 5 years after they broke up. The $30 million she’s suing for is a “reasonable rental value” for the remaining 5 years at his home. Tiger’s trust responded to the suit saying no oral agreement was ever made and that she was only at his home as his girlfriend. She’s also asking a judge to let her break her NDA under the federal Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault and Sexual Harrassment Act but has not yet explained what type of assault or harrassment she may have experienced.
Glitzers, who do you think gets to win in this scenario?
