Insecure actor Sarunas Jackson made a claim on the Guys Next Door podcast recently that he’s seen Trey Songz appear to want to fight a woman before saying, “I seen this one, Trey, Trey Songz, b**** a** n****, try to press women, you know what I’m saying?. But then turn down a fade when a n**** came up to him for the fade, turned it down. I’m not cool with n***** like that. If he wants to fight women and stuff like that—to me, I can’t operate like that, because you get so many of those and especially once they there and it’s like, it’s unfortunate because I’m a fan of this s***! I can separate the man from the artist, but sometimes it starts getting a little too muddy for me.”
That has since been disputed by a rep of the I Invented Sex singer who said “Trey Songz has never met Sarunas J. Jackson.” They went on accusing the actor of clout chasing saying, this is “yet another example of fame-hungry individuals attempting to use Trey’s name for their own benefit.”
This follows 3 accusations of non-consensual sexual relationships Trey is alleged to have had including sexually assaulting a woman at Diddy’s New Year’s Eve party in 2018. WNBA player Dylan Gonzalez claimed he assaulted her in Vegas and he has a $20 million lawsuit involving a woman who says he anally raped her at a 2016 house party. She says their sexual relationship was consensuous until he turned into a “savage rapist.”
Ariel Mitchell, the attorney representing the unnamed woman said, “Victims are coming forward every day.” She went on to say, “Just know you are not alone, and this behavior is unacceptable. George Vrabeck and I will not be deterred by bullying or intimidation tactics and will continue our pursuit of Justice for sexual assault victims of Trey Songz.”
Is it possible that Jackson is looking for attention and using Trey Songz to do so? That very well is possible. Not to diminish the accounts of victims but it absolutely is possible. It happens everywhere. I have personally seen it happen before in my professional life but that’s another story.
One person that was asked about him recently was rapper and reality star Hazel E in an interview with Raquel Harper who pointed out that the two dated in the early part of Trey’s career and Harper asked her if she ever noticed this type of behavior, to which Hazel said no. She said that she didn’t want to diminish victims but she said that around the time that she knew him, he didn’t have to do anything extra to get women because they were always coming to him.
Our take on the situation is that until there is a finalized case that shows evidence of something happening, he’s innocent until proven guilty.
