Jennine Nwoko is an entertainment attorney that represents creatives and formed her own practice to be able to do so. She’s been recognized for her entrepreneurship expertise and has been described as one of the ‘Hottest Baddies in the Game’ by Bossip. The Nigerian-Finnish Loyola graduate says that watching a number of creatives be taken advantage of by large businesses is what encouraged her to create Legal 4 Creatives.
The company offers “subscriptions where users can speak to lawyers and have their contracts reviewed, and also ready-made templates for entertainment industries,” she tells Voyage LA. “I’m excited about this platform because I think it will help a lot of people!” And for those afraid to take the leap into entrepreneurship, she tells Pro Magazine ” what stops most entrepreneurs is fear, and we must learn to conquer it as well as not get cowed down by other people’s opinions and negativity.”
On Instagram she’s captioned a photo of hers “Throw me to the wolves and I’ll come back leading the pack! Be your own boss!” And that’s just what she’s been doing, leading the pack which is why she’s today’s #WomanCrushWednesday
