TNT had a wrestling night Wednesday that was one for the books. Their Fight for the Fallen edition of AEW Dynamite showed GCW star Nick Gage with a pizza cutter slicing into Chris Jericho’s head coincidentally while a Dominos commercial was playing picture in picture. Dominos saw that and immediately both denounced the act but threatened to pull all ads from future episodes of that show.

“We share the concerns expressed about this incident and the content of this TV-14 rated program, and are assessing our advertising presence on it going forward,” Domino’s spokeswoman Jenny Fouracre-Petko stated.
After being aware of what happened, Gage tweeted, “my bad” before going on to apologize more in depth. “i tried to cut jerichos scalp off my bad TMZ it is what it is but yeah thanks aew and thanks all MDK gang members we showed em whats up and also sorry dominos didnt mean to offend you guess im too ultraviolent for tv oh well all my new fans come see me at GCW its MDK all fn day,” he wrote.
I wonder if the spokesperson for Dominos expected to have to denounce the use of a pizza cutter across foreheads when they took that job…
