Zayn Malik just put his New York City penthouse on the market and with good timing because his ex Gigi Hadid who lives not far was spotted out with another man about the same time. The penthouse is located in Soho and is a whopping 3,600 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and described by agent Amanda Hudson with Dallien Realty as being on the market for 19 days and “positioned like a crown jewel… in the heart of SoHo’s Cast Iron Historic District.” It even has a 932 square foot private rooftop terrace. It’s going for $10.8 million, $110,000 over what he originally paid for it.
But this isn’t the only property he has near Gigi as he also bought a farm in Pennsylvania near one owned by Gigi’s mother, Yolanda Hadid which makes us seem to think he was quite serious about this relationship. Then there’s the North London villa he’s selling for about $4.6 million. We’re not sure what the asset sell off is about but it’s been reported he’s worth about $65 million so he’s not exactly hurting. And as a fun fact, that’s over 3 times that of Gigi’s. He’s also selling a tour van he had while in One Direction. The custom built 2012 Volkwagen Crafter carried Malik around along with Louis Tomlinson went through about $85,000 in upgrades adding things like a 55 inch Sony tv as well as an Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii Super Nintendo and Atari and to be turned into a Scooby Doo themed vehicle. It’s going for just $37,000.
And about that man his ex Gigi Hadid’s been out with lately… Tyler Cameron is a model from the Bachelorette who she met from before he got on the show. They’ve been on a couple dates and appear to really like each other according to sources close to the two. But he also started going on dates with Hadid just days after leaving Bachelorette Hannah Brown’s house. But that’s no biggie because apparently Zayn was in an Instagram pic, likely unbeknownst to him of Gigi Hadid’s just a couple days where they likely decided to have one last go for the road. But he’s 26. There’s nothing wrong with getting it out of your system. And he’s also smart enough to realize he doesn’t need to live near her because it’s only going to cause awkwardness when they run into each other. Best of luck these two moving forward.
